Resource System: A system created to measure the resources you consume in life. This system should take into account that there are more resources than simply monetary.
Generally, most people view their resources as simply anything that has a monetary value. This is an issue because they tend to poorly utilize other resources. Anything that we have that can be depleted is a resource. This would mean that things we feel would become resources such as our stress level or our energy. This is the idea of creating a resource system because a lot of things we do uses more than one resource.

The System

Resources need to be managed so that we can optimize our lives. It also should help us discover the issues we are having in life. The system should identify all the resources that you can manage. These resources should then have a simple way of identifying how much is used whenever you do something. This can utilize a universal value system to make it comparable. You should then identify the total amount of resources available which can be more challenging for certain resources. This should then be able to be used to help see how you resource spending and what you have left.

Example Resources:
Money
Time
Energy
Stress

Implementation

The main use of the system is to help identify resources that you weren’t managing before and being able to utilize them along with your normal resources. The system should help identify where your resources are being spent and whether you are overspending them. This should help open your eyes to possible wasting of resources and better decisions by seeing just how much resources it really costs.
